Analysis: This class-specific Orb is the one item in the Set that only the Sorceress can wield, and hence the reason why only a Sorceress can complete the entire Tal Rasha's Wrappings Set. And does this Orb offer a smorgasbord of incredibly useful mods. 20% Faster Cast Rate is a great mod for all casters, allowing them to cast their spells more quickly. A high bonus to Life and Mana means that the Sorceress can now survive for longer periods without using a Potion and she can cast her spells more frequently. Sorceresses have three Skill Trees: Fire Spells, Cold Spells and Lightning Spells. In each Tree is a Skill that improves your mastery over that Element Tree, and Tal Rasha's Lidless Eye does just that, with a possible max of +2 to your Fire, Cold and Lightning Masteries. As if all these great mods weren't enough, Tal Rasha's Lidless Eye also offers fantastic mods when you're wearing the full Set, mods that up your Skill level, reduces and sometimes even break immunity, and also offers to increase all your Cold Skill damage by 15%!

Final Summary on Tal Rasha's Wrappings:
Even though Runewords are now considered the "power equipment" of Diablo 2, there are still some Sets that have fantastic individual items and good set bonuses. Tal Rasha's Wrappings is such a set, with every individual item a useful for any character, not just a Sorceress.
In fact, the body armor, helm and belt are very useful for characters that are doing MF Runs, due to the fact that wearing all three of them together gives a very decent % boost to your Magic Find capability, while still keeping you relatively safe with high Resistance bonuses. Not only does the armor and belt each give a very large increase in MF ability, but by wearing three items for the Set at once, they get an additional +65% to MF for wearing three items from the Set, and that's a lot!
