20% Chance To Cast Level 20 Charged Bolt On Attack
Charged Bolt is one of the Sorceress's basic Lightning Spells. Bolts of electrical energy are discharged, and they flirt about randomly, seeking to shock any targets in the vicinity.
A Level 20 Charged Bolt emits 22 Charged Bolts, each one doing 13-15 points of Lightning damage. Often, the bolts will kill off the last 5% of life a demon has.
Level 17 Might Aura When Equipped
Might is a very useful Skill, found in the Paladin's Offensive Aura Skill Tree. It boosts both your own and your party members' damage.
A Level 17 Might Aura provides a whopping 200% increase to your (and your allies') damage! It is a very useful Aura for melee characters.
+330-375% Enhanced Damage (varies)
The weapon damage bonus from Last Wish is just below that of Breath of the Dying's: 350-400%. Still, a weapon needs to have some kind of attack, especially during a duel. While the damage isn't very high, the "Might Aura" makes up for the lack of damage the weapon inflicts on its own. Since you can't have one with the other, you can't lose.
Ignore Target's Defense
Nice to have when fighting normal monsters, but this ability doesn't work on Champions, Uniques, Bosses or Players.
60-70% Chance of Crushing Blow (varies)
A 60%-70% Chance of dealing Crushing Blow is massive.
Crushing Blow (CB) is a modifier that only pops up on Unique, Runewords or Set items. With a successful CB on your target, you will reduce their Life by a certain %, which is determined by the weapon you are using, and whether the target is another player, a normal monster or one of the stronger monsters in Diablo 2, ie. Champion, Uniques, Bosses).
Therefore, this mod works best against targets with just-spawned targets with lots of hit points, rather than those who only 10% of Life left. While reducing a monster's current hit points by say, 25%, might not seem a lot, consider that some Uniques and Bosses can have 100,000 hit points or more. A successful Crushing blow will reduce that to 75,000 hit points, while it may take many normal hits to get it down to that.
